According to stories circulating the various social media platforms, veteran Nollywood actress, Genevieve Nnaji, has diffused certain claims which state that she deals with Hollywood productions.
The versatile actress has been able to ascend the ladder of fame and recognition through hardwork, uniqueness and determination.
Having starred in blockbuster movies like Lion Heart (2018), Road Of Yesterday (2015), Mirror Boy (2011), Blood Sisters (2003) and Sharon Stone (2002), the exceptional expertise from Genevieve Nnaji depicted that she knew her craft very well.
However, the 45 year old actress has been true to herself and her Nollywood origins, hence the refusal to stereotype for Hollywood.
Genevieve expressed high hopes of joining Hollywood during her early days, in a bid to retell Nigerian stories to the world, which would have been a facelift for Nigeria.
She allegedly described Hollywood producers wanted to exploit her talent, attempting to use it to better their craft — hence her exit.
